The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious cinnamon rolls and a wonderful variety of options. Unfortunately, the bathroom had issues with mold and dust accumulation, and I experienced an inconvenient situation with housekeeping knocking too early despite the do not disturb sign.

My family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Memphis attractions. The staff went above and beyond. Zee in the breakfast area made our mornings special with her friendly demeanor and delicious biscuits and gravy. The hotel was clean, and the security measures in place gave us peace of mind, especially since we were near a busy hospital. I’d definitely return for another stay.

I appreciated the friendly staff and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning at this hotel, and it's conveniently just a 10-minute walk to the lively Beale Street where you can soak up the music and culture of Memphis, and also a relaxing stroll to the Memphis Zoo for some nature and fun, making this a great base for a weekend adventure.

The comfortable bed was appreciated, but the TV remote didn't work.

The location offers a decent balance, situated close enough to restaurants and activities while still maintaining a level of quiet. The attached breakfast area provides basic options to fuel up before heading out, which is helpful on a busy morning.

The room condition was not up to par. Stained sheets and towels, an unpleasant odor from the fan unit, and a generally unkempt environment made for a less-than-comfortable stay. Also, the parking lot's safety is questionable. witnessing car break-ins nearby leaves a sour note, overshadowing any convenience the hotel might offer.
