The hotel room had fresh towels, a fridge, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient being close to the Surgery Center and local restaurants.

Room was super clean with fresh towels and even a Keurig coffee maker 🌟. The location was a bit secluded, though.

The room was beyond what I expected, with a modern feel, a good-sized bathroom, and two double beds, and all the staff were unfailingly courteous and incredibly friendly.

There is variety of delicious food for breakfast.

Everything was wonderful, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its unbeatable location, and my perfectly clean room - it's definitely my first choice for my next stay here.

The room they gave us had extra space for mobility access, which came in handy. It had fresh towels and a refrigerator, which we found really useful! 🌟

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. The front desk professional, Maxine, was incredibly helpful and efficient, and the housekeeping staff was always friendly. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, including the comfortable beds and the bathroom. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the breakfast staff ensured that the area was kept exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off the I-240 Loop, making it convenient to explore the city of Memphis, Tennessee.

Great spot for our trip, close to where we needed to be, and top-notch service. It's conveniently located between midtown and downtown areas, including Beale Street - so easy to get around 🚗.

Exceptional and simple hotel, knowledgeable staff, loved favourable location near Graceland and downtown. My room was brand-new with fresh towels etc, decent size bathroom plus microwave, and the check-out was late. The daily service was great. Took advantage of ironing, offered at no cost. Had a very nice stay here.

This place is situated in a convenient spot within the Midtown district, close to local restaurants and attractions. Whether you're in town for a family emergency or exploring downtown, the location couldn't be better 🏠. It's really handy being so close to everything around here.

Excellent Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Memphis. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from including eggs, waffles, cereal. The bed was comfortable and the room size was just right. The bathroom was nice, and the shower had great water pressure. I loved the fact that popcorn was available at 4pm, and coffee and tea were always accessible. The staff was very friendly and professional, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in an ideal location with brand-new rooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and there is a seating area, an ironing set, and a work desk. The staff is courteous, making it a very comfortable experience.
